What is your online return policy? How many days do I have to return a product?

Larealsh have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligible returns of products purchased on Larealsh.com may be made by mail. 

Returned items must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:

All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
All items must match those identified in return request.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

Items returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days from receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. 

Are delivery charges refundable?

Any original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
